Pasta: GARDEN MACARONI SALAD

Makes 8 cups.
DRESSING
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
8 ounces elbow macaroni (2 1/3 cups)
1 cup shredded carrots
1 bunch radishes, halved and sliced
1 cucumber, peeled, quartered, seeded and sliced
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill...OR...1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
Make dressing: Whisk all ingredients in large bowl until smooth.
Cook macaroni according to package directions just until tender; drain. Rinse under cold water and drain again.
Add macaroni, then remaining ingredients to dressing; toss well.
