    Serves: 4

    2 c. uncooked spiral pasta
    1 c. broccoli florets
    1/4 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    1/4 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. fat-free ranch salad dressing
    1 T. Dijon mustard

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, combine next 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Rinse pasta in cold water; drain and add to vegetables.

    Combine dressing ingredients; add to pasta mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.

    One 1-cup serving equals: 239 calories, 414 mg sodium, 0 cholesterol, 49 gm carbohydrate, 7 gm protein, 1 gm fat. ++++ Exchanges: 3 starch, 1 vegetable.
