- 1/2 cup Italian or Catalina dressing
- 2 tsp.ground ginger
- 2 1/2 - 3 lbs chicken, pieced
- 1/2 cup Apricot preserves
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a ziplock bag to freeze. When ready to server, thaw in fridge.
- Bake at 375 deges for 30-45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
