    Soba with Toasted Sesame Seed Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup seasme seeds
    • 8 oz soba noodles
    • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp. white sugar
    • 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    • 1 tsp. dark seasme oil
    • 5 green onions, chopped
    • 3 cups broccoli florets


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375. Pour seeds onto a rimmed baking sheet. Toast for 10-12 minutes, until they are rich brown around the edges.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, mix vinigar, sugar, soy saice, seaseme oil and onions.
    3. Freeze in a gallon bag. Bundle with the seeds.
    4. Defrost sauce in cold water. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add noodles and cook 5-6 minutes. Drain and rinse well. Add sauce and seeds, toss well and add broccoli, serve at room temp.
