    List of Ingredients


    • Cuban Roll, toasted
    • 5 oz. skirt steak
    • 1 tsp. olive oil
    • 2 oz. queso blanco cheese
    • 1.5 oz. yellow onions, grilled
    • 2 tbl. chipotle aioli (recipe follows)


    Instructions


    1. Grill steak until desired doneness (med well is best), slice into small strips.
    2. Spread toasted cuban with aioli, top with steak, onions and cheese. Melt cheese on top using salamander, broiler or toaster oven.
