Cuban Cheese Steak

List of Ingredients
- Cuban Roll, toasted
- 5 oz. skirt steak
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 oz. queso blanco cheese
- 1.5 oz. yellow onions, grilled
- 2 tbl. chipotle aioli (recipe follows)
Instructions
- Grill steak until desired doneness (med well is best), slice into small strips.
- Spread toasted cuban with aioli, top with steak, onions and cheese. Melt cheese on top using salamander, broiler or toaster oven.
