- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
- 1 c. cold milk
- 1 pkg. ( 4 oz. serving) banana cream or vanilly instant pudding
- 1 tbs. grated orange rind
- 1 1/2 c. thawed cool whip
- melted apple jelly
Instructions
- Arrange sliced banana and half of the sliced stawberries in bottom of pie shell. pour cold milk into medium bowl; add pie filling mix and beat with wire wisk until well blended, 1 minute. fold in rind and whipped topping; spoon into pie shell over fruit. chill 3 hours. garnish with remaining fruit brush fruit with melted topping.
