    LOW FAT AND NO-FAT MEALS IN MINUTE (BOOK)

    This is "G'S" fave chili recipe!

    List of Ingredients




    1 112pounds lean ground beef
    114teaspoon garlic powder
    28-ounce can no-added-salt tomatoes,
    undrained
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    15-ounce can no-added-salt tomato sauce
    1 112cups water
    114cup chili powder
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 112teaspoons pepper
    112teaspoon salt (optional)
    1 bay leaf
    15-ounce can red kidney beans, drained
    and rinsed

    Recipe



    Preparation time: 4 to 8 hours in Crockpot
    Yield: 8 1 1/ 2-cup servings

    Brown meat in microwave or skillet. Drain well, and transfer to a Crockpot or slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients, and slow cook 4 to 8 hours, uncovered. Remove bay leaf before serving,

    Fat: 11g.
    Cholesterol: 63 mg.
    Sodium: 428 mg. with salt; 306 mg. without salt
