    1 can (28 oz) tomatoes; chopped
    4 clove garlic; crushed
    olive oil
    1/4 cup vodka
    1/8 cup fat free half and half
    1 cup parmesan cheese; grated
    1 tablespoon parsley
    1/8 teaspoon red pepper; crushed
    12 oz. penne pasta cooked

    While water is boiling for pasta

    saute garlic in oil,
    add tomatoes and vodka and crushed red pepper
    simmer while pasta is cooking

    add half and half
    pour over pasta
    toss with cheese
