    Lemon Cream Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 (14 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/3 cup whipping cream
    1/4 cup white wine Worcestshire sauce
    1/4 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

    Recipe

    1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute.
    2. Whisk in broth, garlic and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, whisking constantly, 5 minutes.
    3. Whisk in whipping cream and remaining ingredients. Cook, whisking constantly, 5 minutes pr until sauce is thickened.

    Yield: 1 1/4 cups
