    Gem's Zesty Tomato Soup

    List of Ingredients

    1 (46 oz) Spicy Hot V8 Juice
    1 (32 oz) Motts Beefamato
    2 (28 oz) Progresso's Peeled Tomatoes w/Basil, chopped
    2 (14 oz) Del Monte's Zesty Diced Tomatoes seasoned with Jalapeno Peppers
    1 (26 oz) Campbell's Condensed Tomatoe Soup
    2 (10 oz) Campbell's Condensed French Onion Soup
    1 (16 oz) package Small Sea Shells Pasta
    2 (10 oz) Frozen Chopped Spinach

    Recipe

    Add first 6 ingredients to a large, (16 quart), pot.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat to simmer.
    Add Pasta to another pot with 1 gallon of boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes.
    Add Frozen Chopped Spinach to another pot with 2 cups of boiling water. Boil until heated through.
    Drain Pasta in Colander. Add pasta to soup mixture.
    Drain Spinach in Colander. Add Spinach to soup mixture.
    Stir and bring to a boil. Turn off heat.
    Stir and cover until ready to serve.

    Yield: 24 servings, (about 2 gallons)

    Note:
    Allow soup to cool before preparing for storage in freezer.
