Biscuits: Apple Cider Biscuits

2 cups self-rising flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup apple cider
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick vegetable spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cider, stirring until dough forms. On a lightly floured board, knead dough to form a smooth ball. Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
