    Hushpuppies: Corn Fritters

    1/2 c flour
    1/2 c cornmeal
    2 tbsp sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 sm can cream style corn

    Recipe

    combine in med bowl. Fry in 3 tbsp oil in skillet. Turn when brown.
