Biscuits: Oatmeal Raisin Biscuits

1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup buttermilk
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick vegetable spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add raisins and buttermilk, stirring until dough forms. On a lightly floured board, knead 10 times. Roll out; cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
