Pancakes: Orange Pancakes, with Orange Sauce

List of Ingredients

2 cups biscuit mix
3 tablespoon sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup of orange juice
3/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
3/4 cup orange juice



Recipe

Combine biscuit mix, 3 tablespoon sugar, eggs, 3/4 cup of orange juice, and milk until just moist, but no large lumps.
Cook pancakes on hot griddle until bubbles come up on the edge, turn and brown other side.
Bring 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, and 3/4 cup orange juice to a full boil over med heat, stir constantly for 1 minute.
Use in stead of syrup.
