List of Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375°. Have all ingredients at 75°.
Combine:
1-1/2 lbs ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
2 tablespoons chopped blanched almonds
2 tablespoons chopped citron and dust with:
1 tablespoon flour
Beat until light and lemony in color:
4 eggs
Gradually add:
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions:
Add the cheese mixture to the eggs until well blended. Pour the filling into the unbaked crust and bake about 40 minutes or until done
