Strawberry Bottom Cheesecake

1 6oz graham cracker crust
4oz cream cheese
¼ cup sugar
½ cup sour cream
1-teaspoon vanilla
4oz frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
1-cup glaze
Recipe
Place strawberries on paper towel to drain. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blend well. Spread a thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust. Place strawberries on glaze and cover with remaining glaze. Gently spoon mixture over berries. Cover with inverted lid dome and chill until set, at least 4 hours.
