¾ cup sugar
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2½ sliced almonds
1 egg white
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Combine sugar, flour and almonds; add egg white, butter and vanilla, stirring well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper-line baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from paper and store in airtight container.
