1 can salmon, drained (save juices)
2-3 eggs
2 ½ cups cracker crumbs
½ medium onion, chopped
Salt, pepper, seasoning salt
Recipe
In bowl mix salmon, crackers, onions and seasonings. In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add to salmon. Mix thoroughly. If necessary, add juice or another egg. Fry in oil 5 minutes per side. Serve patties with sprinkles of lemon juice if desired.
