List of Ingredients
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon dried mushrooms, soaked in 4 T water, drained and chopped finely
2 green peppers, blanched, seeded and finely chopped
salt, pepper, dry mustard to taste
a little cayenne pepper
paprika
1½ lbs. shelled shrimp
2 tablespoon chopped chives
2 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
saffron rice
Recipe
Heat oil and 2 tablespoon butter. Sauté garlic and mushrooms. Add green pepper. Season with salt, pepper, mustard and cayenne Sprinkle with paprika and add remaining 2 T butter. Add shrimp and shake over moderate heat 8 min., covering them well with sautéed mixture. Add chives and onion. Serve on saffron rice.
