Greek: Ground Beef Rolls

1/2 kg phyllo pastry
1/2 kg grounded beef
1 large onion finely chopped
1 clove of garlic
2-3 tbs tomato paste
2 eggs hard boiled finely chopped
6-7 tbs grated cheese (use anyone you like)
1/2 cup wine
2-3 tbs fresh parsley finelly chopped
olive oil
salt
pepper
paprika
chillie to taste
some sesame(optional)Recipe
In a little olive oil put the onion and garlic and cook until golden. Add the ground beef, tomato paste and wine and seasonings and cook until all liquid has been absorbed. Let it cool and mix in the eggs,parsley and cheese.Spread one sheet of phyllo pastry on your work surface,brush all over with olive oil and fold into two. Divide into three wide strips widthways. Place a tbs of the filling in the middle of the end of each strip. Fold the dough over and roll up the strip. Arrange the rolls in an oiled baking pan, next to each other and coat the surface with oil. At this stage, the rolls can be frozen. Before cooking, brush the rolls with a little egg-wash(yolk mixed with a little water) and sprinkle with sesame. Bake at 200c for about 30min until golden. Serbe warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!!
