    Thanksgiving: After Holiday Ham Biscuits

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup diced cooked ham
    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    3/4 cup milk

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick vegetable spray.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and ham; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk, stirring until dough forms. Turn out onto a lightly floured board; roll out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter; place on prepared baking sheet.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
