    St. Patrick's Day Roast Beef and Radish Spread

    Serve an assortment of mini bagels with this savory appetizer spread

    List of Ingredients

    1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
    1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
    3/4 pound cooked beef, finely chopped
    1/2 cup finely chopped radishes
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    Mini bagels

    Recipe

    In medium bowl beat cream cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, mustard, and horseradish with an electric mixer on low to medium speed until fluffy. Fold in beef, radishes, and green onion. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve with mini bagels. Makes about 2 1/2 cups (20 2-tablespoon servings).
    Make-Ahead Tip: Up to 24 hours ahead, prepare dip; cover and chill.
