Beer Belly Chicken

1 whole chicken, washed
1 16 oz. can beer, opened
seasond salt
ground pepper
Recipe
Rub seasoned salt and pepper on chicken, inside and out. Using a toothpick through skin, pin neck of chicken closed.
Set the chicken down ON TOP of the beer can on your grill. Neck should be facing up.
Place chicken away from heat (this works best with a gas grill with two burners, use only one) cook aproximately three hours at 300 to 320 degrees (medium or low heat). Enjoy!
