Chicken-N-Cheese Tortilla Casserole

¼ cup margarine
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (+/-)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can condense cream of mushroom and chicken soup
½ or 1 10¾oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1-cup sour cream
12 flour tortillas, torn into bite-sized pieces
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
In a large pan, cook peppers and onions in butter until tender. Add soups, sour cream, tomatoes and chicken. Heat until thoroughly hot, stirring until well blended. Alternate a layer of tortillas, soup mixture and cheese in a 13x9 inch pan, repeat for 2-4 layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
