melt 1 Tab butter in a large skillet over medium heat
add 1 medium onion, chopped and saute until soft
add 4.5 can drained green chilies and stirin for 1 minute
add 8oz softened cream cheese, cubed and
3 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast...
stir until cheese is melted..
spoon 2 or 3 Tab of mixture down the center of 8" flour tottilla roll and place seam down in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish..
roll a total of 8..
sprinkle with 16 oz Co-jack shredded cheese and
dribble with 2 cups heavy whipping cream..
bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
serves 4..
