Easy Chicken/Steak Fajitas

1 hot foil bag, large
1-tablespoon flour
1½lb chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
Or
1½-2lbs of strips of steak
1 medium red and green pepper cut in strips
1 medium onion sliced in rings
1 packet of fajita seasoning mix
Warm tortillas, salsa, sour cream and cheddar cheese
Recipe
Sprinkle flour in bag. Arrange meat/chicken, peppers and onions in bag in an even layer. Combine seasoning and sprinkle over meat and vegetables. Double fold open end. Place bag in oven on 1” deep pan and bake at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut open bag. Stir ingredients. Serve with tortillas and top with remaining ingredients.
