4-12x18 sheets aluminum foil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 green onions, chopped into 1 inch pieces
1 20oz can drained pineapple chunks
1 medium red bell peppers cut into strips
1 teaspoon grated ginger
½ cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Hot cooked rice
Recipe
Center 1 chicken breast half on each sheet of foil. Top with green onions, pineapple and peppers. Combine sauce, sugar and ginger; spoon over chicken and vegetables. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal, leaving room for heat circulation. Cook 18-22 minutes at 450 degrees on cookie sheet or until done or grill 14-16 minutes in covered grill or until done. Serve over hot rice.
