1 lb. diced smoked sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cups diced potatoes
3 cups water
2 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
1 tablespoon fresh minced basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
Recipe
In Dutch oven, brown sausage and onion over medium heat. Add potatoes, water, parsley, basil, salt & pepper. Bring to boil; reduce heat cover and simmer 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook 5-10 minutes longer until heated through.
