List of Ingredients
2 egg yolks
1 stick[1/2 cup] butter
3 Tab fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper
Recipe
Mix together in pan the egg yolks and lemon juice. Place on VERY low heat and add 1/2 the stick [1/4 cup] of butter. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon. When the butter is melted add the remainder and stir until thickened. If it should start to curdle, remove from heat, add either another egg yolk, some cream or a Tab of hot water.
