    1 lb. Linguine, cooked al dente and drained
    8 oz lite beer
    8 oz seafood stock
    1 cup chopped clams
    1 cup baby shrimp
    1 c. chopped crabmeat
    1 oz. chopped fresh garlic
    1/4 cup margarine or butter
    4 dashes "Lea & Perrins"
    1 Tab. Cajun Spice Mix
    1 Tab. fresh chopped Thyme

    Pour beer and stock into a large sauté pan. Stir in butter, Cajun spice, garlic, L&P, and thyme...add seafood and cooked linguine...cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes...serves 2 to 4...
    I have substituted bottled clam juice for seafood stock and canned clams, frozen "fake" crab in a pinch...not exactly the same level as fresh but acceptable...
