    Miss Hulling Cafeterias have had a legion of faithful followers over the years...the amazing thing is most of the recipes used are simple food, well prepared with good seasoning and at a reasonable price...

    List of Ingredients




    3 1/2 cups shredded carrots
    1 cup tiny marshmallows
    1/3 cup canned pineapple tidbits, cut smaller
    1 cup raisins
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1 cup Hellmann's mayo
    1 cup whipped cream [no substitute]

    Recipe



    combine all, then carefully fold in whipped cream...serves 10
