    Recipe Introduction

    Anna's Tea Room
    St. Louis, MO.
in the North County area...this is an extremely simple recipe. Just perfect for a special treat for brunch or breakfast or...afternoon tea. Best served warm and doesn't keep well, but you won't have to worry. It will disappear quickly..

1/2 cup fresh chopped pecans or butternuts
1 stick melted butter [1/2 cup]
jar of orange marmalade [12 to 14 oz.]
    chopped, drained maraschino cherries
2 [8 oz] tubes refrigerated biscuits

    Recipe

spray a bundt pan with Pam lightly or grease with butter....
sprinkle nuts in bottom of pan..
pour a little of the butter on the nuts

Separate biscuits and cut each in half [crossways] with a kitchen shears..
dip each piece in melted butter, then in marmalade..
arrange coated biscuits in pan in overlapping layers. Strew cherries between pieces and on top..
drizzle leftover butter on top and bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 30 minutes...

    Immediately turn out and serve..
