Take several 1/8 inch thick choice top round slices. [ask you butcher]...stretch them out and baste with poupon mustard or spicy brown mustard on one side..
sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover with hickory smoked bacon and small chopped onions..
place one quarter sliced dill pickle in the middle of each slice of meat, horizontal, and roll up ...place rouladen next to each other in a baking pan and cover with aluminum foil...
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours until golden brown. Use the drippings to make au jus or brown gravy..
