Four Pepper Salsa

½ ts crushed red pepper
2 lg poblano peppers - roasted
1 lg yellow bell pepper - roasted
1 c tomato - diced
½ c red onion - diced
4 tb fresh cilantro - coarsely chopped
2 tb orange juice
3 tb fresh lime juice
2 tb jalapeno seeded and minced
salt and pepper - to taste

DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, combine crushed red pepper, roasted poblanos, bell pepper, tomato, red onion, cilantro, orange juice, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt and pepper. Cover and chill.
