Honey and Soy Glazed Chicken

List of Ingredients




• 1 chicken breast
• 2tbsp olive oil
• 1tbsp soy sauce
• 4 tbsp runny honey
• handful basil, chopped
• handful thyme, chopped
• handful rosemary, chopped
• salt and pepper


Recipe



• Place the chicken in between two sheets of cling film and bash until flattened.
• Heat the oil in a non stick pan.
• Place the chicken in the pan and brown for 3-4 minutes on each side, then add the herbs.
• Add the soy sauce and honey and heat through for a further 2 minutes.
• Arrange the spinach on a serving plate and place the chicken breast alongside.
• Continue to reduce the glaze for 1 minute and drizzle over the chicken and serve immediately.
