List of Ingredients




125g chopped butter
240g icing sugar
2tsbn milk

Variations
Chocolate
2 or 3tsbn cocoa powder with icing sugar. Add more milk if needed.

Cinnamon
2tspn with icing sugar.

Coffee
Dissolve 3tspc coffee in 2tsbn hot water and leave to cool. Substitute this for the milk.

Lemon/Orange
Substitute juice for milk. 1 tspn grated rid can be added.

Beat butter in a bow until as white as possible.
Gradulally beat in half the icing sugar and the milk and then add the remaining icing sugar.
