    200g strong chedder cheese grated
    1 large onion finely grated
    100g mashed potato
    1tsp english mustard
    salt pepper to taste
    1 egg to bind
    200g shortcrust pastry

    Recipe



    Line a pie dish either deep or flat with pastry
    mix all ingredients in a bowl,add to pie dish,smooth out,use sliced tomotoes (optional) bake in oven 200c till set and golden on top,serve and enjoy.

    Servings: 4
