105g self raising flour
1tsbn polenta
30g chopped butter
1tspn chopped fresh rosemary
60g strong cheddar
2tspn grated parmesan
60ml milkRecipe
Sift flour into a bowl, add polenta and rub in butter, then add rosemary and cheeses.
Stir in enough milk to form a soft dough.
Knead dough until soft and press to 1cm thick.
Cut into 3cm rounds and bake in a moderate (175c) oven for approx 30 mins.
