    Aunt Barb's Fudgy Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 cup white granulated sugar
    1/4 cup coconut, or canola oil
    2 large eggs, (room temperature)
    2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup powdered sugar, (for rolling)


    Mix oil, chocolate and sugar.
    Blend 1 egg at a time until well mixed.
    Add vanilla.
    Add flour, soda and salt.
    Cover bowl with wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

    Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
    Roll 1 tablespoonful of dough into balls then into powdered sugar.
    Place on lined cookie sheets. *No need to press them down.
    Bake at 350* for 10 minutes.
    Allow to cool 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool.
