    List of Ingredients

    1+ cups sugar for caramel
    6 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups evaporated milk
    1 tbsp. vanilla extract


    Carmel syrup (step 1):

    Melt 1+ cup sugar over med./low heat, swirling pan constantly.
    Swirl to 'grease' pan with Carmel syrup.
    Cool pan in cool water bath (place in pan of water) until hardened.

    Flan Mixture:

    (Can put all in blender and blend for 30 seconds and set aside)
    Cream together eggs and sugar.
    Mix in milk and vanilla.
    Pour flan mixture into pan.


    Pour 1 cup water into pot.
    Place pan onto rack above water.
    Set to "Manual" for 10 mins or 12 if pan is 3/4 or more full.
    When done, let it natural release for 10 mins. and release rest.
    Chill several hours in fridge.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hr. 15 mins.
