    Gramma Katie's Chicken and Broccoli in Mushroom Wine Sa

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs. chicken thighs or breasts (fresh or frozen)
    1 1/2 cups water
    2 tsp. dehydrated onion
    2 boxes frozen broccoli spears, partially defrosted
    2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup white wine
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 (4 oz.) cans can mushrooms


    Spray 9x13 pan with Pam.
    Place chicken in dish.
    Mix water with onion.
    Pour over chicken and bake @ 500 for 30 mins.

    *While baking, mix mushroom soup, wine, soy sauce and mushrooms in small saucepan.
    Heat to almost boiling, stirring frequently.
    Add small can mushrooms.

    Reduce oven temp. to 375F.
    Turn and baste chicken.
    Place broccoli around chicken and pour sauce over all.
    Bake another 30 mins.
    Serve with steamed rice, noodles or pasta.
