List of Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breasts, pieces or 1 whole chicken
2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tomato, diced
3 green onions, diced
2 dozen corn tortillas
Boil chicken in water with garlic salt.
Cook 45 mins. then drain and cool.
Shred cooled chicken.
Add a little oil to a large frying pan and heat.
Fry chicken and vegetables until tender.
Serve in warmed tortillas.
Garnish with lettuce, cheese, tomato, avocados, and salsa.
