Chicken Wings
Mix together white vinegar, hot sauce, salt and cayenne to taste. Marinate first two sections of the wings. Place on parchment paper and bake at 450 F. til crisp.
OR
Make a mixture of:
8 oz. apricot preserves
8-oz. French dressing
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
A few drops of Tabasco or other hot sauce
Marinate 3 lbs. chicken wings and place in oven with the entire mixture. Bake for 1 hour (turning half way through) at 375 F. or grill in a hot barbecue.
