    Portobello Mushroons filled w/ Crabmeat

    Instructions


    1. Remove black spines from 6 baby portobellos.

    2. To 6 oz. crabmeat (canned, fresh from legs, or imit.) slowly add: - - 1 cup Bearnaise sauce (homemade or Knorr's pkg.)- don't allow to become runny - - 1/2 cup or more shredded mozzarellaMixture should be soft but firm. Adjust sauce.

    3. Fill mushrooms.

    4. Bake at 450F. for 20 min. or til mushrooms are cooked.
