    Corn Pudding

    1 16oz can cream style corn
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tbs flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 5.3oz can evaporated milk
    1 tsp salt (or to taste)
    2 tbs butter
    nutmeg (to sprinkle on top)

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter, or spray with cooking spray, a 2 1/2 qt casserole. Combine all ingredients except butter and nutmeg. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly and somewhat browned on top.
    Serves 4 and can be doubled.
