    Streusel Topping
    1/3 c sugar
    1/4 c Sifted Flour
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    3 tbs butter

    CAKE:
    1 c Sifted Flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt

    BLEND:
    1 egg beaten
    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c milk
    2 tbs shortening (melted)

    Recipe



    Blend all ingredient for strusel together with 2 knifes until mix is crumbly. Set aside make a well in the center of dry ingredient and add liquid mixture all at once. Stir only enough to moisten dry ingredients, turn batter into a springform pan. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 mins.or until cake is done.
