    1/2 C. butter
    3/4 C. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 C. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 C. sour cream
    1 3/4 cups (16 oz can) pumpkin
    (My pumpkin can was 15oz--worked fine)
    1 egg
    1/3 C. sugar
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 C. brown sugar
    1/3 C. butter
    2 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe



    Cream butter, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients--flour, baking powder, baking soda slowly. Add sour cream, combine well. Set aside.

    Combine pumpkin, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Set aside.

    For streusel, combine brown sugar, 1/3 cup butter and cinnamon together.

    Spoon half of first butter mixture into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle half of the streusel mixture over the batter. Spread the entire pumpkin mixture over this, then use second half of batter, top it off with the last of the streusel mixture. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes.
