    This is another excellent cake that you can play around with and make it your own

    List of Ingredients




    1 (18.25 ounce) pkg. white cake mix
    1/4 cup strawberry jam
    1 (3.5 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. milk
    1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (7 ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
    4 c. strawberries

    Recipe



    Line a large bowl with two overlapping sheets of plastic wrap. Prepare cake according to directions except add strawberry jam. Bake as directed on package, and cool. Slice each layer in half horizontally.

    In large bowl, combine instant pudding mix and milk. Beat in softened cream cheese until smooth. Press one rounded top layer into the plastic wrap lined bowl. Spread 1/3 of the pudding mixture over cake. Repeat the layers, top side down. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours. Unmold onto a serving plate and frost with non dairy whipped topping. Garnish with halved strawberries.

    Tips: Filling can be doubled and I added about 3/4 c. strawberry jam.
