    1 Yeast
    1 t Sugar
    1 tb Vegetable oil
    3 c Bread flour
    1 t Salt
    1 1/2 ts Pepper -- freshly ground
    1 c Swiss cheese -- grated
    1 c Water -- warm

    Place ingreds. in order above in bread pan of B/M. Set for white
    bread or French Bread.
