List of Ingredients
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 lb. smoked sausage, cubed
1 (4-oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
In a Dutch oven, heat oil. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add potatoes.
Add sausage; cook and stir until potatoes are tender and well browned, about 10 minutes more.
Stir in chiles and corn; cook until heated through.
